Meet Gus!

Hello there, my name is Gus and I am a 3 year old male Greyhound that is looking for a wonderful retirement home to call my own. Currently in foster care.

I am an ex-racing greyhound, so I am not used to being in a home environment, but I am a relatively confident boy so I expect I will adjust to the change relatively quickly! I am currently waiting for my new forever home to come along, but my foster family have said that I am enjoying cuddles and company more and more...

I would prefer to live in a home with older teenagers (16+) so that I can have the time I need to settle in. I could potentially live with another greyhound pending meets at the centre, however I am unsure of other dogs that don't look like me. I am unable to live with cats as I want to chase them!

As I mentioned, I am an ex-racer, so I am not used to a home environment at all. This means that I am not used to being left on my own in a home, so I will need there to be someone around all of the time that can teach me how to cope with being alone. I am however, well toilet trained and clean around the home.
