Meet Gus!

Hello there, my name is Gus and I am a 3 year old male Greyhound that is looking for a wonderful home to call my own. I am currently living in a foster home whilst I wait for my forever home to come along.

I am an ex-racing greyhound, so at first I was not used to living in a home, but now I have been living with my foster carer, I have really found my feet. I am now house trained and will let you know when I need to go to the toilet. I am currently waiting for my new forever home to come along, but my foster family have said that I am enjoying cuddles and company, and also sleeping on the sofa!

I would prefer to live in a home with older teenagers so that I can have the time I need to settle in to my home. I could potentially live with another medium/large breed dog pending meets at the centre, I have shown no reactions when out on walks towards dogs - even the barky ones! I am however unable to live with cats as I want to chase them!

Although I absolutely love company, I don't mind being left alone for 3-4 hours, it gives me some time to have a nap on the sofa! Speaking of the sofa, this is my favourite place to sleep. I'll happily sleep there all night until its time to go out to the toilet in the morning.
