Meet Belle!

Hello there, my name is Belle and I am a 10-year-old crossbreed that is hoping to find a new home. I came into the centre after my previous owner unfortunately passed away, but I have been staying in a foster home recently instead of a kennel.

I am a sweet girl that turns into a young pup when I get excited to see people I know! I love cuddles and go all wiggly, and enjoy lying on laps - I don't care how big I am! When I meet new people I can be a bit shy, so I might bark to let you know I am unsure! Once I get up close I will soon ask you for cuddles by nudging your hands!

I can live in a home with older children that would be able to go slowly with me and respect my space. I can't live with cats as I want to chase them, and I also can't live with other dogs as I am worried by them and that comes out in lots of barking and lunging.

I am okay to be left alone for a few hours, and I will usually just curl up to sleep for a bit. I will need to slowly build up to that time, so I will need people around whilst I settle in. I am clean in the house as long as I am given opportunities to go outside.
