Meet Brioche (& Donut)!

Hello there, my name is Donut and this is my friend Brioche. We are a pair of female guinea pigs and we are looking for a new home together.

We're a lovely pair of confident girls who are very friendly and we're looking for a home where we can really become a part of the family. We might be small but we have very big personalities and we love to talk to you, you can expect to be welcomed by a chorus of wheeking everyday when you come home from school or work. Our favourite time of day is veggie o'clock, we LOVE being given our fresh vegetables and we'll be sure to remind you of this regularly by asking for treats whenever we hear the fridge open. We particularly love spinach, so you better add it to your weekly shopping list!

Like all guinea pigs, we are naturally nervous of being picked up because we are prey animals, but once we get to know you we are very happy to have a cuddle, I especially like to nuzzle into your elbow. We have lived with children previously and would be happy to again, but we would always recommend that the adults are the ones who pick us up, to make sure we're always safe.

We could potentially live with other guinea pigs, either females or a neutered male. We will need accommodation that is at least 5ft x 2ft x 2ft, and additional levels do not count towards the size. If we are joining existing guinea-pigs then we will all need much bigger accommodation, but the team can advise on that. We currently live inside and will need to stay as indoor pigs until the weather is better, as then we can be slowly transitioned to living outside.
