Meet Spark!

Hello there, my name is Spark and I am a 12-year-old male Lurcher that is looking for a new home.

I came into the centre after my owner had passed away, which was very sad but it was nice to have somewhere safe to go. The team have been spoiling me rotten since I have been here, which has helped to show me how loved I am! I am a bit shy when I first meet people, but I soon warm up to people and show them how lovely I am!

I can live with children of any age, as long as they could respect my space. I could potentially live with another dog, as long as we got on during meets at the centre and at a home visit. I can't live with cats as I want to chase them!

I am not used to being left on my own and I will cry if I am left. I need there to be someone around all of the time that can help me settle in before starting to teach me how to cope with being alone.
