Meet Muriel!

Hi, I'm Muriel, they say every cat has a story, and mine started out a little rough. I was found straying, all alone and trying to take care of my three precious babies the best I could. A kind person took me in and brought me to the lovely team at NAWT – and oh, what a relief that was!

Safe, warm, and cared for, I raised my little ones until they were big and strong. Now that they’re ready for their own adventures, it’s finally my turn to find a place to call home.
I’m around 2 years old, and if I had to describe myself, I’d say I’m a gentle, quiet soul with a big heart. I love head rubs, gentle fuss, and a cosy spot where I can curl up and feel safe. I'm not loud or demanding – just a sweet girl looking for someone to love me back.

In my ideal home, could have entle children who understand I need kind hands and quiet moments. Maybe even a calm, friendly cat companion (if we’re given time to get to know each other) but no dogs, please – they’re just a bit too scary for me

After everything I’ve been through, I’m dreaming of a calm, loving forever home where I can finally just be – no more worrying, just warm laps, soft words, and the promise that I’ll never be alone again.
