Meet Smudge!

Hi, I’m Smudge! I’m eight years old, big, fluffy and rather gorgeous, even if I do say so myself!

My lovely owner sadly passed away, and afterwards I found myself spending up to 12 hours a day alone. I was very lonely, so I’ve come to rescue to find a family who can give me the company and love I’ve been missing.

I’ve settled into kennel life quite well, but what I’d really love is a home of my own again. I’m a real sweetheart who loves a fuss, plenty of attention and, very importantly, my grub! If you’re looking for a fluffy companion to keep you company, I could be your boy.

At eight, I know what I like, and, like any distinguished gentleman, I do enjoy things my way sometimes! I’m looking for an understanding family who will respect my space when I need it and enjoy all the affection I have to offer.

I’d like to be the only pet in my new home, with no cats or other dogs. I could live with gentle teenage children who understand that even a gorgeous, fuss-loving chap needs a little peace and quiet now and then.

Could you give this fluffy gentleman a fresh start? I’ve still got so much love to share.
