Meet Winnie!

Hi there, my name is Winnie and I'm so excited to tell you all about me!

I have only been at the centre for a short while but I have very quickly become a celebrity amongst the staff - they all think I'm too perfect and always want to see me! Initially I was a little nervous of the people here but now that I've made a few friends, I really enjoy cuddles, zoomies and play time!

My people here say that I've got so much to learn about life and that I need to gain some more confidence to be able to tackle everything that comes my way - such as the tall grass blowing in the wind! I need some help with walking in a straight line on a lead but don't worry - I don't pull one bit, I'm just very puppy like and have a bounce in my step.

I haven't lived with another dog before but I have shown that I could make really good friends with a kind and gentle dog that can take me under their wing and show me that the world is really fun and not so scary - it just might take some time for me to put my brave pants on to say hello! Because I'm such a sweet girl, I think I could get along with a feline friend too so a home with cats would be fine for me!

My previous home had some children and sadly it just wasn't the life for me, I found that much to overwhelming, so this time around I am looking for an adult only home where someone has lots of love and patience to offer.
