Meet Lincoln!

Hi everyone! I'm Lincoln!

As you can see I am cute as a button and a refined gentleman at nearly 11 years old! The people at the centre have known me for a while and will have so many wonderful things to tell you about me, so why don't I start...

I am cute, I am sweet, I LOVE a bum scratch and I love my treats! Oh, did I mention that I was cute??

I have found myself in need of a new family because I really want a nice relaxing environment where I can be myself and chill out and I've been finding life very stressful now that there are children in the home - so adult only for me please!

Although I can be independent at home, I truly want nothing more than to sit next to you or sit by your feet while we hang out and the more blankets the merrier so I can get super comfy. I'm an affectionate boy at heart and don't require much from you, just maybe a treat or two, or three....

Whilst lounging around is my favourite, I do really enjoy a little walk and I walk so nicely on my lead. I have some doggy friends already so I can be a sociable chap but I will use my voice to express my feelings if dogs get in my face too much - I am only small so sometimes bigger dogs surprise me!

I have shared my home with another dog before and tended to keep to myself, but I really think I might prefer life to be all about me in my senior years, so being the only pet might be best.

As you can probably see from my photo, I am missing a lot of hair from my back. I have a condition called Alopecia which effects hair growth, but it doesn't cause me any problems and doesn't require much from you - just some sun cream in the summer and a warm coat in the winter.
