Meet Gus!

Hello, I'm Gus, a one year old terrier mix with a big personality, an even bigger heart, and enough love to keep your lap permanently occupied.

If you're looking for a best friend who's always up for an adventure, a game of fetch, or snuggling up on the sofa afterwards, then I think we might just be the perfect match.

One of my absolute favourite things in the world is playing fetch. I'll happily chase a ball for as long as you'll throw it (and if you stop, I'll probably remind you that I haven't finished yet!). When playtime is over, I'm more than happy to swap zoomies for cuddles, because I absolutely love being around my people.

I'm really friendly with other dogs and I get on well with children too, so I'm a lovely all-round companion. While I could live with another friendly dog, I certainly don't need one to be happy. I'd be just as content soaking up all the attention as your one and only. It's probably best I don't live with cats though, they're far too much fun to chase!

I'm currently looking for a new home through the Home Direct programme, where my family and the team are working together to find me the perfect match. They're all incredibly fond of me and just want to make sure I find the home where I can truly thrive.

I'm still a young lad with lots of life, love and fun to give. If you're looking for a loyal little sidekick who'll make you laugh every day, happily join you on your adventures, and then curl up beside you for a cuddle afterwards, I think I'm your guy.
