Meet Buddy!

Hi, Im Buddy!!

I’m a one-year-old Frenchie with a big personality, an even bigger heart, and a whole lot of love to give!

I’m currently looking for my new family through NAWT’s Home Direct scheme, due to a change in my owner's living arrangements. They want the very best for me and are hoping to find a home where I can get all the time, love and attention I deserve.

I’m a real sweetheart and, when I love you, I love you hard! I adore cuddles, sitting on laps and being close to my favourite people. That said, I do enjoy a little bit of my own space sometimes too, and I'm quite happy to find a comfy spot and relax.

I currently live with children and take my role as their little Frenchie bodyguard very seriously! I’m gentle with them and like to keep an eye on everyone to make sure they're safe. I could live with children aged 10+ in my new home.

I'm house trained and I'm also used to spending some time home alone. I'll happily snooze while you're gone... but you can definitely expect a very excited Buddy welcome when you come home!

When it comes to other dogs, I'd prefer to be the only dog in the home. My house is my space and I don't really fancy sharing it, thank you very much! Outside of the home, though, I'm much more sociable and I'm happy to say hello and have a play with doggy friends. Cats, on the other hand... definitely not for me!

And did I mention I love a zoomie? One minute I'm a cuddly little lap dog, the next I'm tearing around at top Frenchie speed!

I'm looking for a loving family who can dedicate plenty of time to me and let me become a proper part of family life. I have so much love to give and I think I'll make a wonderful addition to the right home.
