Meet Buddy !

Buddy is a handsome boy with the sweetest nature and so much love to give. While he may not be the first cat to run up and demand attention, there is a gentle, affectionate soul waiting beneath the surface, just looking for the chance to feel safe and settled.
Buddy is finding life difficult, especially during the current hot weather. What he really needs is a calm home environment where he can relax, decompress, and finally start to show the wonderful personality we know is there. It's heartbreaking to see such a young cat spending his days feeling unsure of his surroundings when he should be stretched out in a sunny spot, enjoying all the comforts of home.
Buddy isn't a difficult cat—he's simply a sensitive one. Like many cats, he needs a little time and patience to build his confidence. Once he knows he's safe, we believe he has the potential to flourish into a loyal and loving companion. At just 21⁄2 years old, he has his whole life ahead of him and deserves the chance to enjoy it with a family of his own.
Buddy could potentially live with another friendly cat, provided introductions are managed slowly and carefully. Equally, he would be very happy as the centre of someone's world where he can gain confidence at his own pace.
