Meet Chesney!

Hello, I am "The One and Only" Chesney - named because of my hawk hairstyle!

I am the sweetest little guy, who is very friendly and easy to manage. I may be small but I am raring to get going and love my walks.....I do walk at quite a pace considering how little my legs are.....so will need a new owner who is physically active enough to keep up with me.

I have come into the centre as a stray so the team here don't know anything about my past. But they have found out that I am a really friendly chap. I have been to see the vet already and didn't mind being examined and handled at all, and I will grab the chance for fuss and cuddles whenever I can get them.

I am very well behaved, not phased or worried by much, and can socialise with other dogs - I might just be a bit vocal at first if I don't know them. I am not interested in toys at the moment, but love sniffing and exploring wherever I go.

I really enjoy human company so may bark if I'm left home alone, therefore a home with someone around a lot of the time would be great for me. I have met the cats here at the centre and got on well so think I may be able to live with one.
