Meet Fiona!

Fiona is a beautiful Lionhead rabbit looking for a loving forever home. When Fiona first arrived in foster care, she was understandably nervous and unsure, but she has come on leaps and bounds and is now showing her sweet, curious personality more every day.

She absolutely loves to explore and investigate anything new around her, and her confidence continues to grow. Fiona is also very fond of being groomed. In fact, she enjoys being brushed so much that she has nearly fallen asleep during her pamper sessions! Due to her lovely long coat, regular grooming will be essential to keep her comfortable and her fur in good condition.

Food is definitely one of Fiona’s favourite things. The moment she realises food is coming, she comes running over and even lets out a little squeaks of excitement, which is guaranteed to make you smile.

Like many rabbits, Fiona does not enjoy being picked up and held and this can make her panic. However, she is comfortable being gently lifted onto someone’s lap for fuss and grooming. She would suit a calm, understanding home where her boundaries are respected.

Fiona could live with sensible children who are supervised and understand how to handle rabbits carefully and safely. Although she lived alone in her previous home, we are looking for a home where she can be bonded with another rabbit companion, as we believe she would really enjoy having a bunny friend.

Fiona is currently living in an indoor set-up in foster care, but we believe she could adjust well to a suitable outdoor set-up with the proper space, shelter, and gradual transition.

Fiona is a lovely little character with so much affection and personality to give, and she is ready to find a patient, caring home where she can continue to blossom.
