Meet Marigold (& Mavis)!

Hello, I'm Marigold and this is my sister Mavis, we're pair of 1 year old girls looking for a peaceful little place to call home.

When we first meet new people, we can be a bit nervous. Big personalities and noisy homes aren’t really our style. But if you sit quietly with us and give us a little gentle encouragement, you’ll soon see us start to come out of our shells.

Once we feel safe, we’re a very sweet pair. We enjoy the important things in life: tasty food, long naps, cosy spots to snooze in and having calm humans nearby who understand that trust takes a little time.

Our dream home would be somewhere quiet and relaxed, without too much action going on around us. We’d love people who are patient, kind, and happy to let us settle in at our own pace. Once we've built a bond with you, we'll let you give us lots of strokes, and we'll rub up against your leg to show you how much we love you. We've not shown much playfulness while being in rescue, but once we understand that we're in our forever home, we think we might like to start experiencing all the fun things that young cats like us should enjoy.

We’d be perfectly content living as indoor girls, but if our new home has a secure garden and is on a quiet road where we could safely explore outside, we’d enjoy that too. Mostly, though, we’re just hoping for somewhere peaceful where we can feel loved.
