Meet Maine (& Idaho)!

Hi... we’re Idaho and Maine and we're around 10 weeks old!

We’re a little bit shy, so we might not rush straight up to say hello... but we promise, we’re worth the wait.

Our story started in someone’s garage. When help arrived, we were brought to safety, but our mum got scared and ran away. The people here didn’t give up on us though. They went back every day, making sure we could be together again... and eventually, we were reunited.

Since then, we’ve been growing stronger, braver, and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.

We’re still a bit unsure when we meet new people. Loud noises and busy homes might overwhelm us at first, so we’re hoping for a quieter place where we can take things at our own pace. But once we feel safe... that’s when you’ll see the real us.

We love to play, chasing, pouncing, and tumbling around together. And when we’re done, we curl up in a little bundle, cuddling each other close. We’re incredibly bonded and take a lot of comfort in being together, so we’ll need a home as a pair.

We could live with older, gentle children who understand we might need time to settle. Dogs would be too much for us, but we might be okay with a calm, friendly resident cat.

What we need most is patience. Someone kind, who will give us the time and space to come out of our shells... and show us what it really means to be safe and loved.

In return, you’ll get to watch us blossom, and there’s something really special about that.
