Meet Skipper!

Skipper is a lovely 17-year-old gentleman who came into our care as a stray, so unfortunately we don’t know much about his past. What we do know is that he deserves a calm, safe, and loving place to spend his golden years.

Despite everything, Skipper has a sweet and gentle nature. He enjoys the simple things in life, somewhere warm to rest, a quiet environment, and the company of someone who understands that older cats need time, patience, and kindness.

When left on his own, Skipper is very content to snooze the day away on a cosy bed or sofa. But as soon as you come home, he’ll be there to greet you, happily following you around for fuss and attention. He loves companionship and will often curl up beside you on the sofa, making him a wonderfully affectionate and comforting presence.

Skipper would thrive in a quiet home without young children, where he can relax without too much noise or disruption. Ideally, he would be the only pet, as we don’t know how he feels about sharing his space, and at his age he would likely prefer a peaceful, stress-free environment.

He may take a little time to settle in, but with understanding and a soft approach, Skipper has so much love to give. Offering a home to a senior cat like him is incredibly rewarding as you’re giving comfort, security, and companionship to a cat who truly needs it.
