Meet Pablo!

Hi... I’m Pablo.
I’m still just a young lad, around 10 or 11 months old and I’m only just starting to figure out how the world works. Not too long ago, things were a bit scary for me. I was found dumped in a pound, and my time was almost up... but luckily, some kind humans gave me a second chance. And wow... I’m so glad they did.

Since coming into care, everyone keeps telling me what a sweet boy I am (I think that’s a good thing!). I absolutely love people, like, really love them. If you’ve got hands, I’d like them to be stroking me please. Cuddles, fuss, attention... yes please, all of it.

I also LOVE my toys. Playing is basically my favourite job right now. I can get a bit excited sometimes (okay... maybe a lot excited), but I’m still a baby at heart and just learning how to keep my paws on the ground and my brain calm.

When we go for walks, I might pull a little on the lead, there’s just so much to see and sniff! But I’m a clever boy, and with a bit of training and patience, I know I’ll get the hang of it. I really do want to be the best dog I can be.

I’ve met some other dogs at the centre and had some fun playtime, so I might like a doggy friend in my new home. But... cats? Oh no, they’re just a bit too exciting for me, so I think a cat-free home would be best. If children are in the home, it's best that they are older teenagers, just incase I bope them over when I wiggle!

Right now I’m in foster care, getting lots of love and learning how to be a good house dog. Everyone says I’m super cute (I won’t argue with that), but what I really want is someone who will be patient with me, help me learn, play with me, and love me forever.

I promise I’ll give you all my love in return, and probably a few silly zoomies too.
