Meet Elsa!

Hello there, my name is Elsa, and I’m looking for a quiet kingdom to call my own.
I’m about 10 years old and I’ve already had quite the life, including spending time living at a vet practice just before I came here.

The humans say I’m the definition of a “spicy cat,” which I think is a polite way of saying I know exactly what I like and I’m not afraid to show it. Right now I’m living in the kennels and, if I’m honest, it’s all a bit much for a lady like me. It’s noisy, busy, and not the calm environment I need to truly relax.
When I first arrive somewhere new I can be a little unsure and need some time and patience, but once I’ve settled in and realised I’m safe, I can be a very loving girl who enjoys affection in my own way, the vets said I was a sweetheart once you get past my scared exterior.

I’m looking for a quiet home where I can do as I please, with adults or much older children only, as little ones are a bit too overwhelming for me.
I can’t live with dogs, and the humans here think I would much prefer to be the only cat in the home, so I can have my space and all the attention once I’m ready for it.
What I really need is someone kind and patient who understands that good things take time.
