Meet Mabel!

Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Mabel and I am approximately 8 years old, maybe a little older. I am looking for a very special home as I have been diagnosed with diabetes. I am currently in good health and I am doing well on the medication. I enjoy following you around like a shadow so I would like to have plenty of company. I am a very playful girl and love to roll about in catnip and chase a cat wand around, you would think I was a kitten! I can be a little sassy at times but I will work on this I promise! If someone was interested in adopting me then I could go on foster to start with and that way, it would be a little trial to see how you got on with me and my medication. I really hope that because I am a black, slightly older cat with a life long medical condition that I'm not going to be forgotten about. It would be best that I am the only pet in the home with adults so that I can be properly monitored as this is all new for me too.
