Meet Monty!

Hi everyone! It’s Monty here and I’ll be pleased to meet you. As an ex-racing Greyhound I’ve hung up my racing boots and I’m ready and raring to settle these paws into a place to call home.

I’m friendly with people and have enjoyed making new friends. I’ve been enjoying getting my paws out on walks and seeing what this big wide world has to offer. I’m also a huge food enthusiast and will use my big long nose to sniff out those tasty snacks!

Whilst being in a home as part of a family will all be new to me, I’m sure I’ll take it all in my long stride and I simply can’t wait to get started on the most exciting chapter of my life yet! I’ll be best suited to homes where any children are of teenage years. I won’t be looking to share my home with any cats or small furries. As for other dogs, I might be best suited to a home where if there is another dog they’re a similar breed to me but we could see how we get along here at the Centre anyway. If you think I could be the boy for you, then I can’t wait to hear from you!
