Meet Gizmo (& Stripe)!

Hello! My name is Gizmo, and this is my brother Stripe! We are a bonded pair of 3 month old male guinea pigs that are looking for a new home.

We're very sweet boys and as we've been spending time in foster care, we've slowly been building our confidence and letting our little personalities shine through. I'm the leader of the pair, I'm always first to charge out from underneath my wooden tunnel when I see the humans have put down fresh food and Stripe will follow me. As prey animals, it's not normal for us to be picked up a lot, and this is something we still find a bit scary, but with some time and patience we will soon build a bond with you and get more used to it. We've gained a lot of confidence since arriving as frightened little babies, we're already comfortable with coming out of our hideys and pottering around our cage while the humans are watching us, so we're sure we'll get used to handlining soon.

We'd like to live indoors, in a cage that is at least 27" x 56". If we were to live outdoors, it would need to be inside a heated enclosure like a converted shed.
