Meet Jasper!

Hi everyone!! My name is Jasper and I’m already quite a celebrity around here you know. I arrived very tiny and with a rather big problem!! You see, I had a very poorly eye that there was sadly beyond fixing meaning it needed to be removed rather urgently. Being so little, the surgery was a risk but...well I’m a superhero don’t you know!! I was super brave and pulled through the operation like a champ.

Now, being a young kitten, you can imagine that being calm and spending time resting for my recovery was super super boring for me. Sure I passed the time with lots of extra cuddles and fit in lots of playtime in between naps. The good news is, I’m all fixed now! And I can fully focus on being a young, cheeky, mischievous kitten and my life ahead.

I love playtime and my favourite thing to do is chomp and wrestle with my toy octopus. When I’m not busy with Mr Octopus, I do love to chase after a ball, play on my scratcher or pounce after anything I can make fun! I am a very fast little dude and I love to race around the room and climb up high. Right now I’m going through a “explore the world with my teeth” phase...because it’s been really boring and frustrating having had to be in this buster collar for so long so I’m making up for lost time. I’ll need my new humans to help continue teaching me the things I can play with and learn that toys are for playing and biting whilst hands are purely for cuddles!

Talking of cuddles, I do love to snuggle in your arms when I’m all tired out. I’m looking to share my home with other pets so I’ve got playmates. I can live with cat friendly dogs but would really love a young, playful cat who I can race around with and get up to mischief with. I might be a little much right now for very young children but older school aged children would be cool. If you think I could be the little guy for you, I can’t wait to hear from you!
