Meet Isla!

Hi, I'm Isla, I'm 3 years old and I came to the centre because my owner could no longer look after me.

It’s been a big change, and I’m still figuring it all out. For now, you’ll usually find me tucked neatly away in my bed keeping to myself, but the moment I realise someone has come to visit for fuss, I'm straight out and looking for all the head boops, chin scratches and knees to climb upon.
I will gladly soak up all the affection, climbing aboard a knee and settling in like I’ve always belonged there. I just love people. Truly, deeply, wholeheartedly love them.

I’m incredibly sweet, I don’t ask for much, just kindness, a warm lap, and plenty of gentle attention. I’ll give you all my affection in return.
I’d be happiest in a home without dogs, as they’re just not my cup of tea. Older, respectful children who understand how to be gentle with a sensitive girl like me would be absolutely fine. I could even potentially share my home with another friendly cat, given the right introductions.
