Meet Clay (& Gem)!

Hi. I’m Clay, the professional feather-toy assassin.

I was brought to the centre with my mum and my brothers, Tigs and Abel, when we were teeny-tiny.
My brothers have already found their forever homes and it’s just me and Mum left, looking for ours.
I’m about 9 weeks old and basically Mum’s little shadow. I’m sweet, gentle, and full of very important kitten business.
At first, I might take a moment to decide you’re trustworthy. I just like to observe. Gather data. Ensure you are qualified in chin scratches and respectful cuddles. I love playing with my toys, scratching posts and flinging mice, I do it with passion and purpose.

We’re friendly girls, just not chaotic party animals. We’re more about cosy evenings, soft purrs, and the occasional dramatic (but very adorable) burst of zoomies before settling into a perfectly timed snuggle heap. We’d be happiest in a calm home without dogs (they’re just a bit too big and noisy for us and we’d really prefer to be your only feline favourites. Older children who understand gentle hands and that sometimes we just need a little space would suit us perfectly.

Mum and I have been through a lot together, and we’re very bonded. She’s my safe place. I’m her baby. We’d love a calm, loving home where we can stay side by side — mother and daughter, best friends forever.
