Meet Nala!

Hello everyone I'm Nala......I literally can not wait to meet you!!!

I have come to the centre for some help in finding a new home as even though I am very much loved in my current home, my family know they can't give me all that I deserve due to having such a young and busy family life - but I will remain there until the team here at the centre can find me the perfect home, so I am happy about that.

I was so pleased to come and meet everyone here at the centre as saying hello and getting lots of fuss and attention is literally my favourite thing, they say I am the friendliest girl they have ever met!!! But I am quite chatty and will let you know when you haven't paid me enough attention so a new home with owners with time to spend with me would be amazing.

I will also need new owners who will be able to match my energy - I am on the go a lot of the time and will need good long walks. I am very used to being on a long line as I do have a high prey drive and am a bit of a scavenge. I am extremely clever so will need to to keep my mind occupied too - I am super smart at puzzle games and quick to learn tricks and commands. I am very puppy like with my play and will love every single toy you show me. Traffic and other dogs don't worry me when I'm out so I'm quite easy to handle, in fact I am just great great fun!

I am a large sized dog and can get a bit bouncy and excited so will need a home with enough space and owners who will be able to handle me. I think a nice calm home would suit me best as although I have lived with very young children and am very friendly with them they do tend to make me rather anxious when they make lots of noise or are a bit too playful. I can become restless, panty and whiny when its like this so definitely older teenagers or adults would suit me more I think. I have been living with another dog but I do love to hog all of the attention from my humans and will barge the other dog out of the way, so I am thinking I need a home that can shower me and only me with all the love

Food is another of my favourite things which makes training and enrichment time really fun and rewarding but like I've said I will scavenge and eat anything!!! I am ok to leave at home for a few hours as I am completely clean in the house but I may just rip up soft toys if they are left out. I haven't done an awful lot of traveling in the car yet but I am very much up for getting used to that.

I am such a beautiful girl so I really hope it wont be too long before a new home id found for me x Nala x
