Meet Billy!

Hi friends!! It’s Billy the Beagle here! I’m 9 years old and I’m ready and raring to get my paws into a forever home.

I am a friendly guy and enjoy making new friends. Being a brilliant Beagle, my favourite thing to do is follow my nose so I’m usually found nose down sniffing my way round the fields. I’m also a huge food enthusiast so I love tasty snacks. I’ve a playful side too and have been really loving chasing after my squeaky toys.

If you know and love us Beagles then you’ll know what awesome personalities we have! You’ll definitely need a great sense of humour with our mischievous ways! I may have not spent much time living inside a home before so there may be lots of firsts as I settle in. Some of these things might be worrying for me, or I might take it all in my stride. But with the help of patient humans to guide me along the way, I’m sure I’ll settle in.

I’ll love to get out on my adventures and am used to being around other Beagles. Right now I’ll probably be best suited to a home on my own but I’d like to have doggy friends. I’m not sure how I’d feel about feline friends but we could have a discussion about this. I’ll be best suited to homes where any children are of teenage years and, because home life is new to me, one where my home alone time can be built up as I’m settling in. If you think I could be the brilliant best boy for you, then I can’t wait to hear from you!
