Meet Patty!

Hi, I'm perfect Patty.

I came into the rescue with my friend after our owner sadly passed away. It was a confusing and emotional time, but the kind people here made sure we were safe, cared for, and surrounded by comfort while we found our feet again.

I’m a Shih Tzu and I'm around 8 years old. I’m a very sweet, cuddly girl who absolutely loves affection. I enjoy being close to my people, soaking up all the fuss, and having quiet moments where I can feel secure and loved.
One thing you should know about me, though, I much prefer not to share the spotlight. I like having my human’s attention all to myself, so I’d be happiest being rehomed on my own, without another dog in the house.
I could live with teenage children, as long as they’re kind and respectful, and I’m not sure how I’d feel about cats just yet, that would need to be explored carefully.

I may be small, but my heart is full, and I have so much love to give to the right person.
