Meet Rhubarb (& Papaya)!

Hello, we’re Rhubarb and Papaya, and we're around 6 months old.
We arrived at the rescue with our brothers, Cranberry and Apricot. We were very unsure of everything at first, the smells, the noises, all the new faces. And our tummies were a bit poorly, too. But the lovely humans here patched us up, fed us gently, and helped us grow big and strong.
Now we’re feeling much braver!
Well... Papaya is very brave. He loves attention and will happily weave around your legs like he’s known you forever. He says he’s “just being friendly,” but really he likes being the star of the show.
Me? I’m Rhubarb. I’m the quieter one, Papaya tends to take the limelight, but once you notice me, you’ll see I’m a very sweet, gentle boy. I just like to take my time. I promise I’ll blossom beautifully once I feel safe in a home of my own.
We could live with other cats if they’re nice to us, but dogs might be a bit too much right now. We’d do best in a calmer home with older children who understand that sometimes little cats just need a moment to think and breathe.
