Meet Dougie!

Hi friends!! It’s Dougie here and I’m a fun young pup on the lookout for my fab forever home! Being just a youngster, I’m on the lookout for patient pet parents who can commit to helping guide these growing paws. Talking of growing...I’ve still got some to do! But what I am or just what I’ll be when I’m all grown up is a bit of a mystery but I’m looking like I’ll be a medium sized cross, maybe a bit like a lovely Lurcher!

I’m quite a special little man and life with me is going to be super fun. I can be really quite a bit worried of the new and the scary and I was a real little worry bug when I first arrived. I’m feeling much braver now and starting to show more of my proper fun, silly puppy side. But my world is still very small so as it starts to get bigger and I start doing things like making new friends and taking on the big wide world, I’ll need lots of help and patience to tackle it one baby Dougie paw at a time.

Ideally I’d be looking to share my home with another pooch who could be my canine companion and my confident guide through life. Of course...they’d need to be a super cool playmate too who’s up for causing mischief with me!

I am a typical puppy in lots of ways. I love playtime and am currently exploring the world with my teeth so need a little help learning what I can and can’t play with. I’m a bouncy, springy puppy but when I’m all tired out I do love a cuddle and snuggle.

I’ll be looking for an active home that’s looking forward to adventures and entertainment with me. As a pup, I could live with cats. I’ll be best suited to homes with older children as I’ll need them to be onboard with my training too. If you think I could be the guy for you, then I can’t wait to hear from you!
