Meet Casper!

Hey, my name is Casper, nice to meet you!

I am a lovely young Collie Cross on the look out for a caring and kind new home.

I am a super smart (typical Collie) so am going to need a home that can keep up with my energy levels but also keep me enriched mentally - I am always on the go and there will never be a dull moment with me around, perhaps we could even do a fun activity together? I love my food so I am very willing to learn if I know a treat is coming my way.

My walk times are my favourite parts of the day - If I'm honest, I'm not enjoying kennel life too much, so I cant wait to get out exploring, using my nose to do lots of sniffing. I walk pretty well on the lead if I do say so myself!

I can be a bit nervous at first when meeting new people and can get a little spooked and worried, and I may well be quite vocal until I feel more comfortable. Once I feel more confident you will see my affectionate side, where I am very friendly and love nothing more than to have a real fuss and a cuddle.

I came into the centre with another dog but I am quite reactive and noisy when I see others at the moment, however, the team do think I could still live with another dog, perhaps a more mature female dog would be a good match for me, I may just need to have a few meets to get to know her better.

I really hope there is a home out there for me, somewhere with no cats, older children, and in a quieter more rural location perhaps? I really hope so, see you soon, Casper xx
