Meet Dusty!

Hello friends! My name is Dusty and I’m a gorgeous Beagle girl on the lookout for my loving forever home.

I am a sweet lady with a sensitive shy side. I like a cuddle sometimes and will stand with two paws up leaning in for some love. I’m sure even more of my loving, snuggly side will develop once I’ve found my forever people. One thing I really love to do is to go off exploring and following my nose! You can often hear my busy Beagle nose getting to work as I snuggle along finding all the best sniffs. I’ve also started to show a real interest in toys so I’m sure even more of my playful spirit is going to come out soon!

I do find some things in life a bit scary! For me, going out on a walk is really worrying right now. I’m sure in time once I’ve built some trust in a patient, kind human to help me and built some bravery, I’ll be able to enjoy nice quiet walks as I’ll simply love to sniff all those new smells! I’ll be needing a nice secure garden of my own to potter around in for when I find the big wide world a little too worrying.

I’m sure once I’m feeling settled at home, my true Beagle personality will shine! Us Beagles are full of character and I know I’ll bring lots of joy and laughs to someone very lucky. Right now I’m not sure how I’ll feel about sharing my home with another dog...it would really help with my confidence levels but I’m not sure how I’ll feel about sharing my things with another. I’ve not experienced cats so I’d need an introduction to our feline friends to see how I felt. I’m too worried to want to make friends with small children so older teenage children are a better match for me. If you think I could be the girl for you, then I can’t wait to hear from you!
