Meet Roxy!

Hello everyone I'm Roxy the Rottie!
I am a very beautiful looking dog with the character to match. I may be a big girl but I walk beautifully on the lead, a real delight to have out on walks actually.
I love people and enjoy a good fuss and cuddle even though I can be a little head shy.
I'm working hard at learning not to jump up so much at the moment as I'm a bit bouncy, and I've proven to be a really clever girl. So I would love to find a new owner who will continue with all the great work that the team have done with me here at the centre so far. My current training is also including muzzle work as I will most likely need to wear one for vet appointments.
I am very food driven, which is great for my training, but I do guard my food bowl, so this will need to be carefully managed in my new home. The team here will be able to explain how that can be done and answer any questions you may have. Because of this, even though I have been around children previously, an adult only home or older teenage children would be best for me.
I have lived with another dog before, so possibly could do again, depending on the home set up in order to manage my food bowl guarding. I can not live with cats unfortunately.
I really hope there is a special home out there for a big beautiful girl like me xx
