Meet Poppy!

Hi friends!! It's Poppy here and I'm a fun loving Staffie cross on the lookout for my forever family. I am a happy, enthusiastic and energetic young lady so I'm hopeful for some pet parents who match my love for life and are ready and raring to take on the world together.

I am one smart cookie! I am so clever and, better yet, I LOVE learning...especially with all those tasty snacks I get for doing well! I've aced so many things already and have quite a few tricks up my sleeve but I can't wait to learn more with you. I'm also a big fan of agility and going up and over obstacles. I get really proud of myself for doing a good job, especially with all the praise and cheering on I get from my biggest fans. So if you're a training minded individual and enjoy an active lifestyle then I could be the perfect match for you.

I like getting my paws out on my walks too for adventures; I walk nicely on my lead and I'm polite when I see other doggy friends. I'm starting to show a playful side too now I'm learning what toys are all about. And, when all that excitement is out of the way, I do like having a cuddle so I picture lots of snuggles in my future.

I can be a little unsure about what to do with all my feelings when I feel them so sometimes I try to initially bark and voice any worries I might have....but also, sometimes I just like to have a chat and ask how your day's been! I'm getting really good at feeling more confident and braver and knowing what to do instead. With the help of a loving, kind owner I am going to come on leaps and bounds! I am very food motivated so this helps with all of my training but also I will thrive with having a bond with my favourite people as I've a big heart with lots of love to give.

I possibly could live with another canine companion depending on how our personalities match. It's unknown how I'd feel about feline friends. I'll be looking for a home without children too. If you think I could be the girl for you, then I can't wait to hear from you!
