Meet Alice!

Hi, I’m Alice, can I get a high-5? I'm a 5 month old kitten looking for a forever home, after coming to the centre as stay with my siblings. I'm what you might call "a real character" and I've made quite an impression on the staff here, I'm looking for a family who won't be afraid to make me the main character of their story - it's all about Alice!

When I first came down the rabbit hole that brought me to NAWT, I was extremely scared of everything and everyone I met, it was just all so different and confusing for me after being outside for the first months of my life. Recently, I've really started to relax and come out of my shell more, I've learnt that some people are very nice and I should be friends with humans after all. It definitely takes me a little longer to settle in and trust people, compared to most kittens, but my carers here say that makes it all the more special once we do build a bond. As you can see from my picture, I even know how to say hello to my favourite staff with a little high-paw-5.

I'm looking for a home where there will be someone with me the majority of the time, to really help me settle and continue to build my confidence up. I could potentially live with another cat, as long as we are introduced in the right way and they are quite laid back so I would still get my own space. I find dogs very scary, so it's best I'm kept away from them, and any children that I live with will need to be able to understand my feelings and respect my boundaries so I don't get too overwhelmed. Once I'm a little older, I would like to have access to a garden to explore as well.
