Meet Bertie!

Hello everyone!! It’s me...Bertie! I’m a young Terrier cross on the lookout for my loving forever home. My past life is a mystery but...don’t worry...I’m fully focused on a bright, brilliant future! I’ll be looking for an active home that’s up for lots of adventures.

Since arriving with NAWT, I’ve made firm friends in the humans here and I love being around them. I’m proving what a fun, excitable little chap I am and enjoy my time zooming around the paddocks playing. I’ve also enjoyed some walks and will need a little help with my continued skills in the big wide world.

Because I love my friends, I do struggle with them leaving me in my kennel because I want to be with them so much...hopefully once I’m settled at home with someone and I know you are going to come back this will improve but I’ll need someone who can build up my home alone time gradually. I have a little bit of a worried side to me so some nice patient people would be lovely...it would be fab if you’ve had experience of Terrier boys like me!

I’ve enjoyed saying hello to some other doggies here and living with a well matched pooch could be great for me! I’m not sure how I’ll feel about our feline friends though and I’d be looking for a home where any children are older teenagers. If you think I could be the little guy for you, then I can’t wait to hear from you!
