Meet Pixie!

Hello there! my name is Pixie and I'm a 3 year old french bulldog. I've had a pretty hard life before I arrived here at the centre but I've left that all behind me and I'm ready to start my new life. I absolutely love being around people and sitting on someones lap and being fussed, this really is my favourite activity and if I could do this all day I would.
I really don't enjoy seeing dogs out and about because they really worry me, so I will need continued support with this but for the moment I need to go on non busy walks where I can do lots of sniffing and learn about the world around me without worrying about dogs being around. It would also be nice for me to go to secure fields where I can have some freedom and know that I don't have to worry and I can just enjoy myself.
I enjoy playing with toys my favourite is a sqeauky ball which I like pushing around or a nice soft toy like a big teddy which I can chomp on. I need a pet free home, ideally with no neighbouring dogs but this can be discussed further and an adult only home please.
