As part of our commitment to helping pets and their owners in our local communities, and to raise vital funds for the homeless animals in our care, NAWT are introducing pet boarding services across our centres.

Dog and Cat boarding is available at our Cornwall and Hertfordshire branches. For Cornwall please click HERE.

For boarding at our Hertfordshire branch, which also includes small animal boarding, please read on - the Herts team are waiting to offer your pet the perfect holiday.

Please be aware that due to our exciting development project at NAWT Herts, there will be extremely limited parking at the centre from the 16th May to the 19th June. We please ask that all boarding customers dropping off their pets, or picking them up after their stay, must adhere to their appointment time to allow us to safely control traffic on site. Please be aware that arriving at the centre outside of your allocated time may result in being unable to access the centre and being asked to return at your allocated time. Dog boarding at NAWT Watford

Not only will your beloved pet be taken care of by fully trained and dedicated members of staff, but you will be directly supporting the homeless animals at NAWT. All proceeds from our boarding services will go back into the centre, supporting hundreds of homeless and abandoned pets.

Your pet will be assigned a dedicated staff member, who will walk them four times a day and offer them plenty of fuss and attention, ensuring they are comfortable and happy. Our interactive feeders and toys will keep your animal mentally stimulated during down time so there's no chance of them getting bored or stressed.

If you would like to take a look at our facilities before you book your pet for a stay with us, we'd be delighted to show you around. Whilst our rescue facility is accessible to the public daily, our boarding facility is not. However, we welcome customers to come and have a look at the boarding facilities every day between 10 - 10:30am. A member of our team will give you access to the boarding area and answer any questions you have.
