Crossbreed Teddy was rehomed from our Hertfordshire centre during April 2014 and his owners, Lizzie and Frank, recently sent us an update on his progress.
‘Teddy is a very happy and a loving boy and we feel very lucky to have him in our family.
Teddy loves playing and cuddling, and is fond of swimming. His favourite toys are his kongs, which he will regularly bring to either Frank or I, and place them in our laps as a cue he wants to play! He sleeps on his own little bed at the bottom of our bed, but will generally come up onto our bed for a little 'good morning' cuddle! Teddy can be quite lazy, as I believe he was at NAWT. He is one of the only dogs I have ever known to like sleeping on his back!
He is quite nervous and unsure of how to behave around other dogs, which we did seek your guidance about a few months ago- thank you for your help with this. We are currently attending anti-social dog training classes, which are proving to be extremely beneficial and positive.
Thank you for looking after Teddy during his time with you and for guiding us to meet him when we first visited NAWT in Watford. Frank, Teddy and I feel very lucky to have found each other! ‘
