Hello, my name is Bodger and I am a 7-month-old male guinea pig that is looking for a new home, and a new friend!

I am only a young boy and I am slowly getting used to people, but the team here have found that I really love treats and do tend to come out of my shell when I know they’re available! I will need my new home to be able to take the time getting to know me and help to build up my confidence. I prefer to keep all four feet on the floor, but I do enjoy a head rub when I know you!

I am looking for a home with female guinea pigs that I can be bonded with. I have lived with a male before and we did fight, so I can’t live with males. I will be neutered before I go home, but I will need to be kept away from females until 6 weeks after my op, so prevent any babies!

I currently live inside, but I could be moved outside gradually so that I can get used to it. I will need to live somewhere protected from the weather and have ways of keeping warm in the winter, such as a heat pad.
