About me

Hello, my name is Cookie. At the young age of 7 months, I am keeping my paws crossed that a home for me is right around the corner. Let me tell you a bit about myself!

I am a little worry bug and you will see when you meet me for the first time that I’m nervous of new people but don’t let that put you off! When I get to know you my whole body gets the wiggles every time we meet!! I have made lots of friends during my stay here which has helped build my confidence, and the more confident I’m getting the more I’m letting my guard down and being a proper pup.

I’m a playful little girl; my favourite toy at the moment is a tennis ball but I do also love a teddy. You can often find me laying in my comfy spot with my toys whilst I  watch the staff throughout the day.

There is a lot in this big wide world that worries me but every day my confidence grows that bit more. An example of this is seeing and hearing new things on walks but each time I get little bit braver and I’m starting to enjoy them. I’ve never lived with other animals before and I can find them a little scary- however if there was a gentle, kind and confident furry friend in my new home then I may find them fun to live with following gradual introductions! Because of my nervous disposition, I’ll be better suited to a home with older children.

I’m looking forward to seeing more of the world in time with my new family, continuing the training I need to help me worry less and enjoying lots of adventures with my forever family!

I can’t wait to meet you!

Love Cookie x
