Hi everyone, my name is Charlie and the other pooch is my friend Dara. We’re both beagle girls who have found ourselves down on our luck; we haven’t always been together but we’ve formed a friendship so we’re looking for a home together!
I may have a whiter, older face but I’m only 5 years old! And Dara is slightly younger at 4. We are a shy, worried pair initially but it doesn’t take too long before we are lapping up all the fuss, attention and cuddles you can give us!! We love to put our paws on your knees to lean up for a big ole cuddle. We’ve certainly got lots of love to give-we just need some lucky humans to give it to.
Now, being beagles, we of course LOVE our food. Dara never fails to let the team know when meal times are and we both love our sweeties. Dara has also taken quite a liking to toys but I let her have them-I’m more bothered sneaking in extra cuddles whilst she’s playing.
We do need very patient, understanding owners as there are lots of things in the world that we find worrying. Things that other pooches take in their stride we can find a bit scary-like walking on a lead and meeting other animals. It’s likely we haven’t experienced living in a home much so we’ll need lots of patience and positivity with this. We’ll need a secure garden we can mooch around in confidently because the big wide world can be a little scary sometimes! We’re looking for a child and pet free home and one that can give us the time to blossom. Like I say, me and my pal Dara have so much love to give and we’ll bring so much light to a loving home. If you think we could be the perfect additions for you, then please get in touch!
