Hello everybody, name is Beanz and I’m a beautiful 2 year old greyhound. I am a sweet, friendly and gentle girl but I am sensitive and may be shy when we first meet. I can be quite nervous but the staff here at the centre have been very kind to me and I’m starting to see how lovely people can be!
I walk nicely on the lead with my fellow greyhounds here and I’m normally most comfortable when snuggled up in a cosy bed, away from the hustle and bustle.
I am looking for a home with adults or families with teenagers who understand that I often find new things overwhelming and may need a moment to process everything going on around me. My new owners will be patient and help me realise that the world is not such a scary place.
I could potentially live with another dog of a similar size to me as long as we get on well here at the centre but I would like a home without cats.
