About me

Please meet Lottie,

Lottie came into our care because her previous owner struggled to handle her behaviour. She is a 5 year old alapaha blue blood bull dog cross.

Lottie is incredibly loving and affectionate towards the staff that she knows well, she LOVES cuddles and will always push her body as close as possible to you for some more love. She becomes very excited when the staff approach her kennel and will always grab her favourite toy to bring to them. She cannot wait to find a home to call her own where she will receive all the love and attention she very much deserves.

However Lottie is highly reactive towards strangers, the staff have started some training with Lottie to help her overcome this but she still has a long way to go. Her new owner will need to have experience with dogs who are reactive towards people and be willing to put in months of work to help improve this behaviour. Her new owner will also need to come to the centre multiple times a week to visit Lottie to build a bond with her before rehoming her.

Apart from the reactivity towards people, Lottie is a very well behaved girly, she walks very well on her lead and she knows all of her basic commands. She loves food which helps with her training.

Lottie is looking for an adult only home, that are experienced with dogs and behavioural issues. Also she would like to be the only pet in the home.

If you could provide Lottie the home she is looking for, please contact reception.
