My name is Buster and I am a friendly, boisterous 12 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross who came into the centre after I was found wandering as a stray.
As I’m an older chap, you’d be forgiven for thinking I wanted to take it easy, it’s true my muzzle has gone a distinguished shade of grey and my back legs aren’t what they used to be, but make no mistake, I’m still very much a puppy on the inside. I still jump up to greet people and am always ready to motor off on my next adventure, they are admittedly shorter adventures than in the past, but I find them very exciting none the less. Despite my age, I’m also still very strong, so will need a strong owner to walk with me.
I like other dogs but am quite vocal with them and I’m convinced cats are for chasing, so the staff here feel I’d be happiest as the only pet in the household, that way I get all the attention to myself. Very young children would probably find me to be a bit much, but I could easily live with older, dog savvy children.
I’m a smashing older gent looking a loving forever home. Could that home be yours?
