About me

Hi everyone, my name's Dodger and I'm a very handsome 8 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I'd really love new owners who have experience owning my breed and are used to our traits as I'm your typical Staffie really, I'm full of life,  enthusiastic about everything I do and love having lots of attention, my friends here tell me that I've got a great character! I am looking for a new home where I won't be left for long periods on my own as I can get upset by this, I just love having company! Like a lot of Staffies I can get excited very easily which sometimes results in me jumping up and trying to grab at things I'm not meant to, I mean no harm but it's important my new owners are able to continue teaching me some more manners so I don't upset anyone. I've met a few dogs whilst being at the centre and have met the majority politely with no problems however I can take a dislike to some dogs and will react by barking at them, my new owners will need to be considerate of this and continue working on me having positive introductions to other dogs. I could possibly live with a female dog if we got on okay on our meets. Unfortunately I am unable to live with cats, small furrys or livestock. I could live with older children that are used to my breed and our bouncy, excitable nature.
