*Please note Sully must live with other dogs.
Hello everyone! My name is Sully and I am an American Bulldog pup; so whilst I may be quite little now, I am going to grow into a big, handsome boy! There is something very special about me; I am completely deaf. But don't let this worry you, it doesn't bother me! I am still a happy, confident young man...it will just mean you will need to adapt your training somewhat to use sign language and hand signals rather than your voice!
I have been living at home with a member of staff where there are other dogs too! And this is SOOO much fun!! I absolutely love playing with my doggy friends but I also follow them everywhere and use them as my ears! So living with other dogs is an essential for me really. My new doggy friends should be quite robust as I do love to wrestle and play rough and tumble and so they should be of a similar size to me too. They will need to be confident too so they can be a great role model. It would be great if you had experience of big dogs like me!
I am a typical puppy so all of your puppy training still applies to me too. I will need house training and training to learn what I can and can't chew. I need a good routine with plenty of opportunities for naps, fun and learning. I don't like being left so I need a home where someone is around lots and who can work on my training to make sure I am happy being home alone for short periods. I need access to you lots; I like to cuddle up on the sofa and sleep under the covers. I could live with children over 12 but they will need to be on board with my training too.
