About me

Hi, my name is Orca and I'm a 6 month old Akita. I'm looking for a very special new home and will need new owners who have experience owning my breed or similar large guarding breeds. I'm very much your typical Akita, I'm bold, strong willed and very independent but also extremely loyal and loving once I have a bond with someone. I'd love a home in a rural area, with someone who is around most of the time as I do suffer with  seperation anxiety and get stressed and vocal being left alone. I do get easily over excited which results in me jumping up and getting mouthy at times so will need patient new owners who can put lots of time and devotion into my training, I'm a very intelligent young man and need just as much mental stimulation as I do physical to keep me happy. I would prefer an adult only home as I need someone who can dedicate a lot of time to me, I could possibly live with a similar sized female dog but no cats or small furries as I have strong hunting instincts.
