About me

Hi my name is Remy and I am a handsome 4 year old boy. I didn’t have a great start in life, I was found as a stray but I still count myself as one of the lucky ones because I found my way to the NAWT. I know I can always count on the Trust to look after me when I need them most but what I really want more than anything in the world is a home and a family to call my own!

I’m an energetic boy and I love to run around playing with my toys. I like going on long walks and when the weather is hot I love to have a splash in my paddling pool to cool down! As cheeky, and friendly as I am once I know you, I can still be very nervous of new people, especially men, so I am looking for a home preferably with a woman. I need an owner who will be gentle, patient and happy to take things slowly with me.

My new owner will need to have experience with nervous dogs and use positive, reward based training methods to earn my trust and show me that the world isn’t such a scary place! I would benefit from living with a calm, laidback dog of a similar size to me to help give me confidence. I am looking for an adult only home where somebody is always in to keep me company as I don’t like being left on my own.
