About me

Hi everyone, my name's Dillon and I'm a very handsome 9 year old Lurcher. A lot of you may recognise my face as I've been in the kennels for a really long time now. I've been very patiently waiting for my forever home and I've seen so many of my kennel mates come and go but nobody has come for me and I really don't understand why.

I'm the sweetest boy, I love everyone I meet and greet my friends with all the bum wiggles! I have so much love to give that I can't wait to have a family of my own to shower with my affection and have lots of fun with. Please don't be put off by my 9 years either as I'm still very vibrant, playful and active, I love my walks (I walk beautifully on my lead by the way) and I'm told I turn into a puppy again when I'm running around with my toys!

You may notice that I wear a muzzle out on my walks - this is because I can get worried by unfamiliar dogs. The team have worked with me to make me feel more at ease and I now go for walks with dogs of different shapes and sizes as I understand that I get lots of tasty treats for being such a good boy.

My ideal home would be somewhere in a quiet area, with a family who has lots of love to give me. If you can provide cuddles, toys and treats then I will be a very happy boy.
