Hi, my name is Bella. I am a wonderful one-year-old Jug looking for my forever home. I came back into the centre through no fault of my own and prior to that, I came into the centre because my previous owner's found me to be too active for them.
I have lots of energy and, being just a young dog, I'm looking for a home where I can be provided with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. Out and about I am happy to greet dogs providing they are friendly and well socialised. Larger or more boisterous types are a bit scary to me. I am friendly with people but need calm introductions, as I can sometimes be a tad nervous to begin with.
I am not used to being left and it is vital my new owner will be around for the most part of the day. I need to find someone who is dedicated and able to work on this with me. I am very food motivated and a fast learner. My basic training is great but I will need someone who has the patience and experience to continue this with me.
I could possibly live with a calm male dog depending on introductions here at the centre first. I could possibly live with older sensible children that would be able to assist with my ongoing training. I would be best homed to a home without any cats.
